Made in 2022 at the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Hating Bombs responds to the outbreak of war. Reflections of explosions are visible in the figures, bringing the violence into the painting through reflected light. The oil painting was presented in Teenage Lightning at The Carousel in 2022.
